Service Manager - Brady, TX

Quality Implement Co. is looking a Service Manager for our dealership in Brady, TX.   Applicants must live in or near the Brady area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

This is a full-time position with benefit package.   Pay will be base salary plus commission.

Major job duties include:

  • Intake of jobs from customers
  • Assign job to appropriate technician, assist with diagnosis, assist with ordering of parts, see job though completion, assess technician notes and work done at end of job, prepare bill for customer, collection of payments.   
  • Communication with customer throughout the entire process.
  • Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), monitor monthly goals and assessments
  • Submit warranty claims to centralized warranty coordinator
  • Other duties as assigned
